Stonekin products make beautiful gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut or simply change your mind. Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers expense.

For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of Stonekin. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 10 days of receiving your order.

All International - Please contact our Customer Service team at hello@stonekin.com prior to sending back all exchanges.

All Domestic orders - Please send back all unworn items including a note with what you would like to exchange to below address and our team will be in touch via email when your exchange is ready to ship and we will send you a link to process return shipping.

We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you should they be faulty, provided you notify us within 10 days of receiving it. We will cover the costs of the return should your product be faulty.
