EXCHANGES
Stonekin products make beautiful gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut or simply change your mind. Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customer's expense.
*After receiving your order, if you are unsure of your size, please try on one pair before opening all of the items in your order. If the size is incorrect, please contact customer service to start the exchange process and request a return label.
For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of Stonekin. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 10 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns or exchanges if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.Please email us at hello@stonekin.com with:
-The item(s) you would like to exchange, or
-Whether you would prefer a refund.
We will then provide you with the return address and further instructions.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we offer free return shipping on exchanges for all first orders.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

We at Stonekin take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you should they be faulty, provided you notify us within 10 days of receiving it. We will cover the costs of the return should your product be faulty.
Please make sure the item returned is accompanied with its original packaging.
