DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Stonekin uses USPS trackable Ground Advantage by default for orders and either FedEx, UPS or DHL Trackable Airmail for express and international orders .
Deliveries in the US generally take 3 to 5 business days with USPS and 1-4 days for express, and International orders can take between 4 - 14 days depending on your destination country. When you place an order you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment card has been debited. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking information. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.

When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
